We ordered a 2023 z71 Suburban in Nov '22 and took possession of it this past March and we couldn't be happier! Meant to leave this review much sooner, but such is life. We worked with Dan who is awesome, professional, kept us aware of everything going on and made it as smooth a process as possible. Ken went above and beyond to make my car buying experience just wonderful and seamless. He is so friendly, really got to know my situation and what I was looking for so that we walked away with exactly what we wanted, and was always easy to reach when we needed him. He helped us set up all of our apps & OnStar, made sure we had everything we needed and even made sure our son walked away with some candy, haha. It was great!
Along with this day- Larry came and picked us up so we could drive home with our new Chevy Trailblazer and was a joy to chat with on the ride, and again very easily reachable.
