After a protracted quest scouring the country for nearly a year to find a small cargo van with distinctive features and colors, I found my experience marred by frustration and disappointment. This was largely due to the evident lack of understanding and expertise exhibited by numerous dealers and salespeople as I hunted for my elusive unicorn. Just when I was about to concede defeat and shelve the entire process, my red unicorn appeared online!!! A windowed Ford Transit Connect XLT cargo van at Ewald Hartford Ford. Additionally, his flair to quickly address any concerns without an alternative agenda, gained my trust in his abilities. It became evident his commitment was not just to make a sale, but to ensure the ideal match between owner and vehicle. Joseph's ability to swiftly and efficiently relay pertinent information, coupled with his meticulous memory and listening skills, set him apart from my recent encounters. Joseph's remarkable availability, recall for details, and comprehensive product knowledge left an indelible impression on me. His professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency were also commendable throughout the process - from initial contact to handing me the reins to my new shiny unicorn.

Additionally, Julia Hansen (the finance manager) oversaw my financing with such warmth, friendliness, and professionalism that I actually didn’t mind signing on all the dotted lines. She was an absolute delight to work with - her genuine kind nature and upbeat personality made the entire experience engaging and pain-free. Both Joseph and Julia epitomize rare, high-quality representatives, displaying unique innate skills beautifully suited to their positions. Their exceptional qualities are truly invaluable to any company that relies on sustained success by employees' abilities to successfully interact with public / people.
