Our family has been buying cars here for over 20 years.  I recently purchased a 2021 Volvo xc90 with 4K miles and had an issue a few months later where the check engine went on and went into limp mode.  Took it in and fixed it the next day without charge.  They do stand behind the cars and try to make it right if there is an issue.  So many people are frightened of the reconditioned title but as I have learned all R titles/flood cars are not created equal.

Bought a 2014 Subaru Outback with 100k miles from EAG in the fall of 2020 after lots of bad luck trying to find a used car. I've taken it on 2 cross country road trips since (from PA to Arizona and back and then again from NY to WA and back). Never had any problems. Car now has 124k miles and is still running just as smoothly. Just took it in for some basic service work, the guys had it in and out in just a few hours.
