These guys are awesome! I found my 2011 Mercury Grand Marquis LS Ultimate Edition on CARFAX with these guys. Handled as much of the paperwork ahead of time by email and text, got my insurance setup before flying 1700 miles out from Santa Barbara, CA to Houston, TX. I got the money wired over the day before I flew out, and they offered to pick me up from the Houston IAH Airport when I arrived. Had an amazing 1700 mile drive home in my car. I purchased a used Lexus from this dealer. I found it advertised on the weekend and left my contact information as interested. The owner called me on Monday morning. He allowed us to take the car for a drive and inspection by my wife and I.  The car was solid and we liked it. Car buying is always a stressful activity. This was a pleasant experience.  I liked the owner's straightforward manner. In the future, if I am looking for another car,  I will seek to purchase it here.

Typically not one to write reviews, but I feel like Fall Creek deserves one. This is by far the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle yet. Raja was extremely professional and courteous every step of the way. I was located out of state and Raja provided me with plenty of photos and information on the vehicle, answered my texts and calls in a extremely timely fashion, and they held the vehicle for me for about a week. Anything I needed, Raja had an answer for or provided what I asked for. The vehicle looked even better in person than it did in the pictures, which was something I was very worried about as I was coming from out of state. They even sent a car at no charge to pick my dad and I up from the hotel the morning after we flew in. There were a few issues with the vehicle, but Fall Creek fixed them on the spot at no extra charge. I would 100% recommend buying a vehicle from them and I would most definitely purchase a vehicle from them again in the future. So if you’re considering purchasing a vehicle look no further than Fall Creek. They restored my faith that not all small dealerships are dishonest.
