I am very happy with Fellini Auto sales ,especially Joe ,I inquired about a car on their lot the night before wanted to work with no down payment he texted me the first night and the next day he said he was able to get me in the car in question with out down payment, and at a reasonable monthly payment.I actually figured I wouldn't hear back that soon if at all .???????? So I got there after they were packing up for the day 4/23/24. They stayed over to check out a couple of cars and do my credit app. I'm waiting until I hear from them today on the car I liked. I had a great experience here and recommend them for a great experience.

My college age daughter needed a more reliable vehicle. We purchased a Hyundai Tucson from Fellini. The experience was pretty smooth. They held the vehicle with a refundable deposit. They were able to secure financing for her that matched the rate we could get at our credit union, saving us a second trip to go back to pick up the car, and completed the transaction quickly because my daughter needed to get to work. I wish they had been able to offer more for her vehicle on trade, but I understand because it was an older vehicle and had some issues. We decided to sell it outright instead. They did offer her a six-month instead of a three-month warranty. And they gave her a little cash back to compensate for the fact that the vehicle hadn't been detailed yet. Overall a positive experience and so far my daughter likes her Tucson. We would purchase from Fellini's again.

Transparent, honest and informative. Serg was very friendly and supportive throughout, and did his best to problem solve our various questions and issues. They were very patient as we came several times to test drive a few different cars. We eventually reached a deal that we were very happy with and we hope this car lasts a long time. The rest of the team (Shawn and Arnes) were quietly personable and helpful, too. We were a little hesitant about the whole process of buying a used car given the many horror stories online but Fellini's made this a pleasant experience overall. I hope to update this review in a year's time saying that the car is still in good working order.
