I purchased a wonderful Ferrari 488 Spider to have while my new Ferrari is being built. The entire experience, so easy from the finance to delivery day. The wonderful events and accommodations by the dealership are always something to look forward too. Just this past weekend, my friend traded his 488 for a F8 spider. Carlo with the rest of the staff took great care of him, as I knew they would. I will be investing in Ferrari of Washington for the foreseeable future.

I just purchased and finished driving home my Ferrari with the intention of making it the first of many.  The buying experience was a dream come true because the Sales Manager, Carlo, was extremely patient with me.  These cars are special, and they take a l long time to deliver, but surprisingly, mine did not take nearly as long as some of the other brands I was considering.  Ultimately, having somebody like Carlo who was willing to educate me on the brand and help navigate the purchase process was, in my view, invaluable.  I never felt pressured to do anything, and I took a lot of time making a go/no-go decision, with several trips to the dealership along the way.  Honestly, I can't imagine any other Sales Manager staying that involved with a prospective, first-time client.  But Carlo did, and he made me feel valued.  I was also incredibly happy with the financing options from FFS and the way it was handled by Thomas.  Since I purchased my 2022 Roma from out of state, I had to do most of my business over the phone.  But the sales/finance team was very responsive.  It was the easiest car deal I've ever done--period.
