Being this is the 1st BMW I have ever owned, I found the service to be absolutely fantastic!  Nate was very patient with me & explained every thing, leaving nothing out!!  My car was going to take longer due to the fact I also needed new tires.  Nate was sure to have someone (Brian) shuttle me to my home.  I neglected to take my house keys with me and was unable to get in my house.  When I called Nate back, he was super nice and saw to it that Brian brought my keys to me and Brian was so nice, he waited to be sure I was in my home!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Fields BMW of Lakeland!!
