Darien is an excellent communicator and provided all the necessary details to warrant a 5.5 hr road trip to pick up "Sage"...yes I named her.  Upon arrival my wife, dog Tater and I were all greeted at the front door and the staff was gracious enough to let Tater be with us while we processed the sale.
