I came in for a service, first time at First Hyundai. You just have to park in any parking spot, it is not a drive through style dealership like some of the new ones. The woman was very nice, estimated about 1.5hrs for a regular oil change and tire rotation. The waiting lounge didn't have any waters or coffee. Just chairs for everyone to look at each other and wait.. it's an older facility. They do not have EVs onsite. It looks like they have plenty of inventory to go around.

I've had an oil change and recall done in their service department previous to my current interaction. I didn't have any issues. I went on a Saturday. I sat in their waiting area. Oil change was done. They had to order the part for the recall. That was a little irritating. But I submitted the form online. Had I called and spoken to someone instead they may have ordered the part. I came back for the recall. It took a bit of time but I expected that. They provided me with updates while I waited. I had no issues with the service department.

I am on my 5th lease.  I have been to a lot of dealerships. My previous experience on my last lease was awful at Boch Hyundai. My lease wasn't up until October but First was having Presidents Day deals. I really wasn't expecting to make a deal. I even filled my car with gas. That's how little faith I had in walking out with a new deal. I sat with Josh. After the smallest amount of back and forth, I got the deal I wanted, for the car I wanted. There was so little pressure. They had a white car on the lot and when Josh saw I wasn't crazy about it he said take the night think it over. You need to get the car you want. Before I left I decided to get the red. I was there for 1.5 hours. The next day Josh told me my car was already on its way to the dealership. It should be there either that day or the next. Again I didn't believe him. Sure enough he called at 5:30 that night. The car was in. I made an appointment to come in the following afternoon to finish the paperwork. Everything went as smooth as silk. The finance manager was wonderful as well. Josh showed me the new features on the car. I was done in 1 hour. Total of 2.5 hours to lease a new car. It has taken 4-6 hours on previous leases. I didn't feel like I was dealing with a salesman. I will be recommending First Hyundai to everyone.
