Ken started out as well with a really great assessment and estimate and put me at ease knowing I would be in good hands (this following some dismal estimates at 2 other shops).  If ever in need of body work again-this is where I am taking my car.

I am continually impressed with the professionalism and top notch service I receive at the Fisher Auto Collision Center. Ken Keffer and his crew (I worked with Ken, Connor, Jason, and Stephen) were highly knowledgeable and made the process so easy for me. They worked directly with my insurance company on my behalf to assure the claim was accurate and the repairs were completed, which brought me a lot of comfort knowing my vehicle was in good, competent hands. They communicated with me all through the process (there was hidden damage) and even coordinated with the service department to have some regular maintenance done, which saved me another trip. I live out of state and for me it is worth the time and drive to bring my vehicle to a shop that is trustworthy and provides exemplary customer service.
