This place is amazing! I needed an oil change,  and a tire rotation and winterizing before driving off road. Kristine treated my pup like a royalty, my dog even got some Subaru swag. They also have a dog bed in the waiting area. Got everything done, and was able to take my dog to a park while waiting. It was a great start to my fall trip to the San Juans. Thank you!

Can't say enough good things about flower Subaru. My experience was absolutely wonderful. Isaiah did everything in his power to get us into our new Crosstrek wilderness. We greatly appreciate flower Subaru. Plus, everyone was extremely nice to my puppy, Pumpkin ????

Incredible/Outstanding service! Went in on a SATURDAY without an appointment with brake issues driving through the mountains.  As if that's not scary enough... We ended up with new rotors, new pads AND an added oil change with a newfound peace of mind on vacation. The amazing Kristine Johnson not only made sure to take us in while we were on holiday hiking 14ers nearby, but she dealt with our family drama while we waited. All class, bringing everyone in the waiting room snacks and making sure we were all hydrated with water and coffee as desired.

ON TOP OF THAT, since they were so swamped with normal weekend appointments, our car couldn't be washed that day. We brought it in two days later, per Kristine's suggestion, after hiking and getting it even dirtier, and there was yet another phenomenal customer service situation! The young man who washed our car did it by HAND and it was so perfectly clean and shiny and wonderful! I should have tipped him, but was exhausted and not thinking clearly. PLEASE give this man a bonus! He's worth it!

Outstanding customer service all the way around! If we lived closer, this would be my SUBARU spot!

No pressure sales persons. Went in to look at used Subarus and came out with a new Outback Wilderness with an extended warranty we said we would never buy.
So many electrical gizmos, switches, cameras, radar blind spot indicators we felt the cost well worth it.
That we received over Blue Book for our Honda crv was the biggest selling point.
