So thankful for the service department last week. Our church bus had a wiper issue while on a mission trip with our youth, and the service team fit us in and repaired our wipers. We were able to travel safely home the next day in several pockets of rain. Thank you all!

I own a 2004 Thunderbird that had been in a barn for 10 years prior to me. I love that car but needless to say it's needed updating, My review is about the great workmanship I get at Ford but more to the point Tyrone Goode has held my hand through every step, he is an excellent representative for Ford. He is my 'go to man' when I'm here in town or traveling across the country. I had a total breakdown in O'Fallon MO & the Ford service dept. there told me to -come back tomorrow-, I didn't know anyone there to help me, I walked to a motel & walked back to that dealer the next morning. They told me it would be 4 days before they would look at my car so I called Tyrone. He started making calls & I had my repaired car by the end of the day. He called me 3 times during that day to check on me & let me know how the repairs were going! When I come into the shop here in town I get the same stellar treatment, he calls me by name, keeps me posted regarding repairs, timeline & costs.
