This was the best car purchase process that I've ever had. Especially since I was out of state. I sent a random email text inquiring about the vehicle & Alex responded immediately and was very knowledgeable, patient & pleasant through the whole experience. I completed the finance application online that night and made arrangements to fly out and pick up my vehicle. Upon arriving I felt the same professionalism & warmth from Alex. Then I met Jay in finance and he had the same warmth & professionalism as Alex. I was driving back to Nebraska 2 hrs after walking into the dealership and I thank Alex & Jay for making that happen. I worked with Wes.  I actually was looking at trucks online for about a month and Wes was the only person that listened to what I wanted and made an effort to find it.  He was thoughtful and kind in his approach, calling and emailing me with updates.  He was easy to talk to and when I arrived he was very welcoming and had great energy.  We worked through the hard part of negotiations and he made it the easiest new car buying experience I've ever had.  He was straightforward and honest and he got me to the price I was looking for without a ton of back and forth.  I actually came in to buy a different color truck and I was set on that.  However, he proposed the color in stock and I actually really liked it.  He was more than helpful and his personality was a perfect fit for my interaction.  If I ever buy another car, I will use him every time and recommend him to my friends.  As far as the finance part, it was the easiest and fastest I've experienced.
