Recently experienced having an engine control system notification while traveling to Michigan from New York. Mike, the service consultant, was very helpful as I stopped in without appointment to ask if  way to determine what issue was and if was safe to continue driving. Mike was able to determine could be a critical issue and also one that, luckily, could be fairly easily addressed. He made sure was addressed and also asked that I let him know or stop by a day or so later while I was still in town to ensure that was no ongoing issue before I traveled back to New York. I was impressed and grateful.

The employees are professional and friendly and there is a nice waiting area. They are also very fast in getting your car serviced.

Giving thanks to Mike at the Service department on Thanksgiving! I came to the service department 5 minutes before the closing time on the day before thanksgiving. I told him that my car battery died and had trouble replacing it on my own. He had such a big heart and a welcoming smile even though he was ready to go home for Thanksgiving. He used his strong arms to loosen and replace the battery in minutes. (My friend and I struggled for hours and failed.) And he didn't charge me for the service! I will totally come back for service and recommend my friends here as well.
