I rate this company highly. They are courteous and definitely professional. I recently purchased this CPO Toyota Corolla. As it was preowned, it had some very minor cosmetic issues and they really blew me away when they offered to replace/help with a windshield. This never happens!!!  I didn’t feel pressured during the sale. I called my terms and they were more than willing to finance through my credit union. They educated me on the extras that I allowed added to my contract. I feel safe and confident in my purchase. I’ve never received such fantastic service from any other vehicle dealership. I’ve worked with 3 different dealerships in my lifetime (so far) and I have never known such great service. Previous experience with a neighboring dealership left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I had a bad attitude about car salesman in general. Eric Malmgren turned my opinion around. Christine in the service department gave me even more confidence when after only 2 days of ownership was able to orchestrate a new windshield for my new purchase. We were towing our camper on our way out west when our Ram truck broke down in a remote part of Wyoming.  We had to have the truck and the camper towed 100 miles. We had the truck towed to Fremont Motor in Rock Springs and just dropped in their parking lot. The camper was towed to a campground where we were stranded without a vehicle.

Travis in the service department at Fremont Motor came to our rescue.  From start to finish he was professional and caring.  He was always only a phonecall away and gave me detailed status updates. He apologized for and explained delays. He showed great empathy when he had to deliver bad news about our truck and the repairs it needed.  Travis made me feel our truck was in good hands and made me confident we broke down in the right place.  When we settled our bill Travis was able to get us some discounts on parts and labor which brought our cost way down.  A week later Travis called me back to see how the truck was running.  By then we had already been 600 miles with no problems. Travis also let me know he was refunding an additional $500 of the repair bill.  What a great surprise!
