The sale representative Steve was awesome and informative. Five minutes into the initial conversation  I was already in the vehicle doing a test drive. An hour later I drove off in my new vehicle.

Overall, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The finance department quickly and efficiently processed the paperwork which saved so much time.

I’m not too sure what’s going on with the service side of this dealership but on the sales side I was extremely satisfied. I only went yesterday to inquire about a truck that was in their service department regarding a 2018 Silverado we purchased from Nissan across the street because they couldn’t fix it (That’s a whole different review that will be posted against that scam artist of a dealership on their page), unfortunately they were closed but our salesman DJ greeted us and asked if we needed help. I explained my reasoning for my visit and was very attentive to try and help us. Just out of curiosity I asked him for the price on one of their trucks and he gave me a price on the 2023 Sierra models and it blew my mind that it was only $5k more than what Nissan charged us for a 6 year old truck with 24k miles. After further talking we discussed our options and we then found out that for $15k more from what we were spending at Nissan we could walked out with a brand new 2024 Sierra Elevation for a lower interest rate than Nissan and a payment of just a little over $100 more a month. So we decided to take Nissans loaner vehicle back and cancel our contract with them (as I stated before that’s a whole other review regarding that situation) because they had yet to submit the paperwork to the bank which had now been two full weeks since we had purchased the truck and we only drove it 10 miles and filled up the gas tank because Nissan was not courteous enough to fill it up before we took delivery of it and then it broke down at the gas station. They were not hesitant to back out of the contract, we signed more paperwork and got our down payment back from Nissan. We went back across the street and signed the paper work for our brand new Sierra and we couldn’t be happier. Again DJ was a pleasure to work with as was Fred in the finance department although he wanted us to purchase the third party extended warranty he wasn’t overly pushy and we were able to get some nice discounts. All in all I would definitely do business here again and I plan to in the next few years. I’ve added the picture of the Silverado so everyone knows not to buy it from Nissan unless you want to purchase a truck that you won’t get to enjoy.

Hello my name is Rodolfo Cordero i was recently at a family/ friends barbecue and I was introduced to Jesus Miranda and I was talking with him about looking into purchasing a vehicle , he mentioned to me that he worked at GMC dealership!
