My experience with Gastonia Jeep has been nothing short of amazing. When I saw my check engine light come on in my new Jeep Wrangler it immediately crushed my heart. I got my Jeep (my dream car) in July of 23’ so it  is still very new to me. I’m not car maintenance savvy so I knew right away I needed to have it serviced and I needed someone who knew their jeeps!! I dropped my Jeep off here on January 10th for my service appointment. It was very quickly and thoroughly diagnosed. The tech called me and explained in detail what was going on. Being service illiterate I was EXTREMELY overwhelmed and immediately said just give me the keys back and let me mull this over. Upon hearing this the service manager called me and walked me step by bc step through the ENTIRE thing. The team they have here goes absolutely above and beyond for their customers. Making sure you understand what’s happening and how much things will cost, even when parts are shipped and in delivery. Every detail was covered and explained to me in a way that I understood and felt comfortable. Of course the parts took awhile to come in and the repairs took some time I ended up waiting a few weeks. The wait was worth it and in the meantime I was loaned a new vehicle to get to and from work. I can’t say how much I truly appreciate everyone involved in this journey. I’m a single mother and this was quite a worrisome situation. Everyone here took great care of me and my Jeep and I’m now back on the road! If you want great service and outstanding customer care this is the only place to go in the Gaston County area!! I highly recommend! And thank you all so much for getting me back into my dream Jeep!!
