Just left Gateway Auto Sales with our beautiful new to us VW Jetta!!  Let me tell you, this was the quickest, easiest trip we’ve ever made buying a car. We traded in the hubby’s 2013 Escape for this beauty. I put the info for the trade in on their website, then Kevin called me. After a brief conversation, he advised me to fill out their on line Credit Application, which was very easy to do. A few hours later Josh in Finance called me to verify the car we wanted and to ask when we could come  to test drive the car, he already had us approved!  From pulling up to the dealership (they had the car waiting for us), a test drive, and paperwork, Josh and Kevin had us out of there in less than 2 hours!!  Seriously folks, if you’re looking for a clean, well maintained used car you need to check these guys out. I would give them more stars if I could!!

Just traded our 2008 Lexus ES350 (purchased at Gateway >9 years ago!) for a very new-looking 2016 Lexus RX350!

We've been buying cars from Ben & Sandy for many years now, through 4 teenagers getting their licenses and a couple of fender benders (using that term loosely :-), we've needed quite a few cars. We always come back to Gateway because they are true to their word, and they stand by their product. Of course their product is used cars, and they can't see the future, but they do their due diligence in purchasing only vehicles that they feel good about reselling, and taking it a step further by thoroughly inspecting and fixing whatever they might find to be wrong with them before they hit the lot.

This was our first purchase at the new sales-only location at 108th & L St, so although we missed seeing our friends Ben & Sandy, it was a pleasure working with Joe, Josh and Jim. Thanks to all of you for your kindness, and congrats to Ben & Sandy on the successful expansion over the past few years!

I want to first start by saying that I had an incredible experience. From the moment I walked through the doors at Gateway Auto, they were welcoming. Going in, I was worried because I do not have good credit. In short- I made mistakes when I was younger and my vehicle was in repossession. As recently becoming a new mother to a brand new baby I had to make the decision to surrender my vehicle so I would be in a safe situation for my daughter. Joe jumped through hoops to make something happen so I could get a reliable vehicle for my daughter and I. I ended up leaving with a beautiful 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
