I called to get an estimate on a tune up for my 05 Chevy Tahoe. I appreciated that he asked what was happening with my car to make sure that was what needed to be done. I know my car pretty well so I knew it was time and the price was fair, (i called a couple places before i found this shop and had a high estimate for less work being done) he suggested getting my injector fluid flushed as well and explained to me why and answered all of my questions. Even when I dropped off my tahoe they were super nice and communicated clearly. They got it done fast.They told me if I have any problems there's a 12,000 mile or 12 month warranty. I asked them to save my old spark plugs for me cause i wanted to see the ware on them and they did exactly as i asked. My car is running beautiful and I can definitely tell a difference. It's accelerating fast again and is running great like she use to! I plan on taking my other car to get a tune up as well. Super nice shop they have my business.

Outstanding Service During Our Road Trip!

While on a 2,000-mile road trip, we had a major issue with our Chevy Silverado that could have derailed the entire journey. Thankfully, we found Gerard's Automotive and they were open on the weekend!!

From the moment we called, their team was incredibly responsive and accommodating. They took the time to listen to our situation and squeezed us in, even though they were busy. The mechanics were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with all types of vehicles. They quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything in simple terms.

They got us back on the road within a couple of hours, and we felt confident continuing our trip. The repair was done with high-quality parts, and we haven’t had a single issue since. The price was reasonable considering the urgency of the situation, and we were extremely grateful for how efficiently they handled everything.

I also must add, the owner provided us with his personal number to let him know when we made it home safely. It's the little things that matter the most.

These guys are great! Very honest and upfront. They really helped me out and were super friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who asked me. Of all the car shops I've been to (I've been to probably like 3 or 4 others in my life) I've liked these guys the best. Definitely 10/10. We had our car towed to their shop on a Saturday afternoon. I frankly thought they were still open for a few hours. Turns out, their staff stayed with us, past closing, just to give us time to get things figured out and back on our feet.
