Tyler Smith at Germain Kia was the best sales rep that we have ever encountered in Columbus, OH. He went above and beyond the entire time to get us the best deal and into something our family deserves. Not one second of pressure, everything was out on the table. I cannot say enough good things about this team. Zain in finance got us in and out and was awesome as well. We were in and out with a new car in a matter of an hour. GO SEE THEM!
