After spending 3 days here already getting service done on my company's vehicles, this team at Toyota is on point!!!!!!!! The service department is very attentive to the needs of your vehicle, very informative on what your vehicle needs and recommendations are, their hospitality is also an amazing set up, accommodations include all you can drink coffee along with a soda and snack machine and plenty of seating so you don't have to sit right on top of each other!!!!! Huge shout out to Chris for making sure I get in and out as I am bringing a company car in every day!!!!! 10/10 recommended for service needs

This was a five star until I have seen how bad they are with follow up. No one will return calls after leaving countless messages, including Damion Gonzales , the manager who has his picture up at the dealership with his phone number. The finance guy told us in finance that we couldn’t pay the loan off until after 3 months. I repeated that back several times and he said that is correct.  You will only pay the amount you borrow but can’t pay it off till 3 months. However upon receiving the loan papers in the mail I called and was indeed being charged daily  interest. It cost a few hundred dollars more but had I waited like he said it would have been thousands.  I was actually able to talk to him and he had no idea that was how the loan would work.  One would think that a person working in finance would understand how finance works.  He offered to fill my tank when I’m back in Florida next year. Then we called a week before the 30 day tag was set to expire. We were insured that he would have a new one in the mail and we would receive it in plenty of time. Nope, didn’t happen.  We were finally able to speak to finance and he emailed us copies since we haven’t gotten them in the mail. As nice and professional as Sam and Alex are, the bad is outweighing the good. Sam, Alex, Hector, Kim, and Evan were all extremely polite, kind and professional. Sam worked very hard as our salesman.  He was very professional and did everything he could to help us.He even washed our car himself! We highly recommend you ask for him when buying a car. Alex is the new car director. He gave us a great deal on a new car, even better than a used one. Alex even said we are friends now!  Very nice guy. Hector, the sales manager, was very helpful in making sure we were happy and that we understood all of the technology in our new car. He is very genuine. Evan, in service, was very helpful and friendly the next day when we needed a bit of clarification on some of the features in the car. Kim helped to make sure buying our car went smoothly. Be sure to ask for Samuel Wilson for your salesperson.
