Got my old mini serviced here for years with no problems. Just recently bought a new one with Peter and he was FABULOUS!!!! The best customer service ever, was so patient in dealing with me throughout several visits, and even came in on his day off to be there for the purchase of my vehicle. Could not speak more highly of the dealership or of Peter. He made the experience above and beyond what my expectations could have ever been.

Global Imports Mini (Raymond) was fantastic to work with. I live in Ohio and agreed to buy the vehicle over the internet. Raymond was able to make it easy to send him the required documentation required for purchase and temporary plate. Car was spotless and by far the NICEST and CLEANEST dealership I have ever been in. My only complaint, it took several weeks to get the Title, but that is more of a State of Georgia issue.

We had a great experience at Global Imports MINI. We were welcomed and helped immediately as we walked in, even though it was late and only an hour from closing:
Our sales person (Jeffrey), was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to help us figure out what we were interested in and direct us to the right car even though we weren’t very sure what we wanted and what all was available when we first walked in.  He pretty much nailed it after initially asking us questions and showing us a few things… he was soon able to hone in on exactly what we loved and we ended up buying. After we purchased the car, he took time and did not rush us as he set us up on the MINI Connect app and showed us the features of the car… by this time it was well after closing time. All the other personnel that helped us were also very friendly, patient and helpful. We were very happy with our Global MINI experience and highly recommend them. And we love our new MINI Cooper!
