I rarely leave reviews, but when someone deserves a shout out, I’m there for it. My husband and I had a major issue with our vehicle and felt at a complete loss. We expected to get a run around, honestly. We had already dealt with another dealership that was trying to ream us financially with all kinds of add on expenses. At that point, I no longer trusted a word they said. We called and spoke with a lady named, Christie Norwood, who was over the service department. I am truly indebted to her for the advice she gave. Not being ugly, but to find someone genuinely honest in a car dealership has given me hope for others! Lol! She knew exactly what was wrong, how to fix it and followed through with her word to have her service guys fix it. We haven’t had one issue with it since.
