Tim Leahy is an absolute world class gentleman. He is polite, gracefully funny, and works extremely hard and fast to do everything in his span of control to put a deal together with no pressure. Mike in finance was equally great working quickly yet thoroughly to finalize things. I bought my first Alfa Romeo and it was a preowned 1 owner fully serviced at their store. It was one of the cheapest priced in the country. I shop really hard before I buy. I requested both the air and cabin filter to be changed since I saw no record of it on carfax and they did not hesitate to do this for free after already knocking off some money because my trade in came in lower than I desired. They made sure it had a full tank of gas and even had a scratch touched up all included. I know you’re thinking they snuck in the charges but no it was all done as a courtesy and they go thru your final paperwork slowly and line by line. To top it off I have lifetime FREE oil changes. They got me financed through a credit union and worked hard to get me the best term I’ve seen on cars in a few years. It was all done virtually and I put $0 down walked in signed and drove out.

Customer Service

I initially went to the wrong location (my fault) so I was late for my appointment.  Kyle and the team got the car right in and everything was done within an hour.  Nice establishment as well.  Clean and comfortable.
