Waited a whole year trying to find the right vehicle for our family. Other dealerships were not being honest and did not have good experience and tried to sell us a lemon car... This is my 6th vehicle and probably the best experience. Gunner was nice, patient and even processed everything over the phone since we have a baby and traveled an hour in traffic. Did get the used car checked after purchasing and it’s in great condition, worth the price and got cash back on my trade. They offered to fix the drivers side seat for free but it’s just to far. Shows they are willing to help out customers. Have told several people in my family about the dealership and how easy it was to work with them. Definitely recommend thank you.

Super fast and easy filling out paperwork! My kind of place family owned! Gunnar was super relaxed and straight to the point. No hidden fees . Easy to get in for a test drive. Drove away in less than hour. Car needed two new tires and with no hesitation Gunnar said no problem I will set that up for you at our tire shop. Thank guys appreciate your help.

Best car buying experience yet! Bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler to add to our family fleet! Found the Jeep on their website, emailed and got confirmation it was still available. Filled out all paperwork online, showed up later that afternoon and within 15 minutes we had the keys!

I recently had an experience purchasing a used car from a dealer, and I was assisted by a salesperson named Gunner. Overall, my experience was mixed, with both positive and negative aspects.

One of the positives about dealing with Gunner was his hands-off approach. He did not pressure me into making any decisions or try to upsell me on unnecessary features. This allowed me to browse the cars at my own pace without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

However, there were instances where this hands-off approach seemed to overshadow the overall customer experience. For example, when I asked Gunner a specific question about one of the cars, his response was simply that it is 11 years old. While being honest about the age of the vehicle is important, it would have been more helpful if he had provided additional information or addressed any concerns I may have had.

Despite this drawback, I must admit that the buying process itself was fast and efficient. Since we were paying in cash and didn't require financing assistance, things moved along quickly. Additionally, they agreed to lower the price by waiving the 2% fee for using a credit card which showed some flexibility on their part.

In conclusion, if you prefer minimal interference during your car-buying process and appreciate not being harassed into making a purchase decision immediately, then this dealership might be suitable for you. However, keep in mind that while they won't push you to buy anything forcefully; they also seem indifferent towards whether you make a purchase or not.

Based on my personal experience with Gunner as my salesperson and considering both positive aspects like no pressure tactics and quick transaction time alongside drawbacks such as lackluster responses to inquiries - I would rate this dealership as slightly above average.

The salesman, Gunner, was helpful with checking out the car I was interested in. He was very respectful and never tried to pressure anything with the sale. They were straight forward with their pricing, and had good market pricing as well. Would definitely recommend taking a look if you're in the market for a vehicle.
