I purchased my first brand new car from Grainger Honda yesterday! The salesman, Aubrey, was so kind, helpful, and patient with me even when I was asking questions he had already explained. He didn’t rush me through the process and listened to everything I was looking for and helped me to find the right car for me. All of the staff from the salesman to the finance team were extremely helpful throughout this process and made sureI knew exactly what I was getting/singing for. The team who helped me were patient and understand as I asked questions about every step of the process. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Super Happy with our purchases. Our sales guy Aubrey was great in showing us everything we wanted and in facilitating making deals on our two cars.

Only complaint was the long wait to finalize paperwork with finance. Only one finance guy was still there when we came back to finish up paperwork at 6:30pm so we didn’t get to leave the dealership until 10pm.

Service is the reason I started buying from Grainger and had my parents switch to them from Southern.  They also support teachers in the community, and I am so very grateful for their generosity and efficiency.  It’s worth it to purchase from them just to have such excellent service.
