I came into the dealership just needing an oil change and a tire rotation and I left with a new car. It was a completely unexpected purchase, but Jordan was able to make the experience easy for me. I knew I wanted a bigger car months before I came in, I just didn't know when the best time would be. I have never traded in my car before, so I was quite nervous and didn't know what to do but Jordan was very kind, patient and answered all my questions.
