Had the car I was interested in brought up and cleaned and waiting for me even though I was early to our appointment. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite and professional. The folks were very nice and accommodating. They stayed late to help me finalize my purchase and were even able to get it washed as well. Customer service is great. Never felt pressured. The only issue I had was they were so focused on the monthly payment, that I had to ask what was the total cost of the car (after fees, etc) It wasn't made apparent. It was my fault for a bit of a quick purchase as I was in a crash but make sure to focus on the total cost and what's being financed.

Finding the KIA Sportage Hybrid was really difficult. I called all the dealerships in CO and even some in Wyoming and Texas.
