Great experience. I would highly recommend these guys. On the day of sale, our salesman, Tyler walked us through the entire process. We purchased a 2005 Dodge Magnum with low mileage. Tony in finance made sure that we were aware of all the ins and outs of the process. Two weeks after the sale, I received a call from the service department. They let me know that my tires, brakes and power steering hose had come in and wanted to schedule an appointment for service. It was explained to me that these parts were ordered before I bought the car and would be installed at no charge. They scheduled an appointment for later in the week and replaced all those items on my car. In addition, they found a couple of smaller issues and attended to those as well. They went above and beyond to make sure my 19 year old car was 100% before I drove it off the lot. To be clear, they did approximately $3000 worth of parts and labor on my car after the sale. I definitely appreciate the integrity of Grand Valley Auto Sales and will happily buy a car here again.
