Unlike those typical dishonest car salesmen who willing to say whatever to get you buy a car. These guys don’t do sale talks but to guide us in making an informed decision. I want to write a review on my interactions with Green Light Auto. Reached out via the number listed on their website on the Premier Bolt EV. Received response fairly quickly. Subsequent exchange throughout the day was good - GreenLight was transparent about the pricing structure. Didn't try to get me to test drive first before committing to numbers. I ended up needing to buy a Bolt that's much closer to where I live as Daly City was too far. But I appreciated the clear + positive exchange and thus wanted to leave a review still. Breath of fresh air compared to many frustrating experiences with traditional dealership.

I worked with Arturo and Al from the dealership to purchase a Tesla model S.

I looked up the car on their website and called them to confirm the availability. They answered all of my questions patiently over the phone and via texts. The onsite purchasing experience was also very good. Paperwork was prompt and quick. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I did not find charger in the trunk and  informed them about it. They knew that I was going to purchase the car anyways so they could have told me to purchase the car as is. However, Al went to the storage room and found me a spare charger from there.

The charger only costs 200-300$ so it's not a big deal in terms of money, but it shows their customer friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help.

Don't think twice, if you like a car on their website or their parking lot then go and talk to them.
