I stopped in well in town because I needed an oil change. When I pulled into the service bay, I was not greeted by anyone. I found that a little bit odd since the dealership I go to in my hometown always has people come out to greet you. So I went into the service area where there were at the least six Service employees. Only one was helping a customer while the others were behind their computers. I said they’re waiting for someone to approach me, but no one did. I walked back-and-forth a couple of times to see if anybody would offer help and nobody did. So I had to ask myself. My service advisor same West Damien. And even though no one helped me on their own, Damien was very helpful. He noticed right away that I needed new tires and called my husband to let him know. I was able to get new tires and my oil changed within a few hours. I was very happy with the service and the way my vehicle felt and sounded with new tires. However, I was very disappointed to find that they did not wash my vehicle. At my other dealership anytime a service is provided, they wash your vehicle. And I was in from out of town so my vehicle was very dirty. I appreciate Damien’s help very much. He was very friendly and if I go back, that’s who I would ask to work with.
But I would advise the Ford dealership to encourage better customer service. Being greeted by someone when you get there is very appreciated. And having your vehicle washed when you pick it up is something that that’s just a really nice thing. ESPECIALLY for as much money as we spent this day.
