Ahmed’s customer service is welcoming, attentive and respectful. He answered all my questions, and I had plenty. The car was as described. I noticed an issue while driving and it was addressed right then and there. The deal was right so made the purchase.

Update: I would like to describe more of how the deal went to give some perspective to new comers, given that my original review was a bit rushed at the request of Ahmed at the very instant after I took the attached picture. Getting the keys to test drive the car took the least amount of time, about 15 minutes. After test driving it, it took about 2.5 hours or so to get the keys back to leave with the car. They kept saying the car was almost ready and never really gave an estimated time, this was wait time after I had already signed. Anyway, I first spoke with Ahmed about pricing break down and came down to a price I was comfortable given the condition of the car and it’s history.  I agreed to finance at the insistence of Ahmed and company, I guess I’m a bit of a softy people pleaser… I had made it clear I didn’t want the service package. Ahmed stepped away and in came another person to further discuss price. There was a third person after that and at first there was a paper with the amount written down but towards the end it was all just verbal. There was a lot of price negotiation but never with the same person, when one left the table the other would come replace them. At some point when all was agreed, as I walked back from the restroom I was casually asked again which service package I wanted. Again, I caved in and got one. To be honest, I was exhausted by then and just wanted to leave. I had lost clarity by then and when the agreement was provided electronically for me to sign on my phone screen I saw what I wanted to see and not what was there and ended up paying a grand more than I thought I agreed to. Advise, ask for a paper copy, go with snacks, write on paper what number and information is thrown at you and take a whole crew of people help you keep tabs on things and second check you.

A few more notes, I was initially told the breaks were being replaced but then told they were just rotated. I was also sold a car with cracked paint on the side mirror, dealership doesn’t have to disclose this but still annoyed at the fact I have to spend money to repair. Lastly, I was initially told I could put 15k down but ended up only being able to put 5k because they have a limit on the card reader.
