As I delved into their reviews, one name, Service Advisor Ryan Stultz, consistently garnered praise. This solidified my decision, and I hoped he would be available to assist me.

Visiting the dealership on a busy Saturday without an appointment, I quickly understood why Ryan had received such acclaim. In a mere 10 minutes, he efficiently replaced an air filter, diagnosed a car's error code, and ensured another customer's satisfaction picking up their vehicle. Despite offers of help from other advisors, I chose to wait for Ryan. When my turn came, he went above and beyond, despite his busy schedule. I never felt rushed, and received the best customer service.

Three days later, Ryan diligently kept me informed about my Kia's status, ensured the order of the necessary part, and even arranged a rental for me. When Wednesday evening arrived, his call notifying me that my Kia was ready for pickup reaffirmed his proactive communication and exceptional service. Dealing with car issues is never pleasant, but having someone as competent and reliable as Ryan has truly made a significant difference. I'm delighted to have found my new preferred dealership for service, and most importantly, I've found the best service advisor in Ryan.
