Had such a great experience purchasing my vehicle from here, very smooth transaction.  I worked with Jake and he was the most laid back sales person I ever met! Showed me the quote with the out the door price, never pressured me and even let me leave to run an errand and come back without any hassle. After spending 2 hours at another dealership where they don’t want to let you leave without purchasing, this was so refreshing. I spent 2 weeks doing research on the vehicle I wanted and when I saw my quote I knew it was a great deal. It was a relief not having to go back and forth, wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another vehicle from here.

Recently had my vehicle serviced and had errands to do so I couldn’t get it into the dealer myself. When I tell you that Brandi made sure my vehicle was in good hands with her excellent staff in pick up and delivery. My husband and I bought a new RAV4 from Hall Toyota a week ago. While we were browsing around the lot a very charming young man, Cole Stoddard, came out to greet us. We knew we were going to buy a car but first wanted information. Cole provided that. He even took us over to the Honda dealership so we could make an informed choice. What we received from Cole was information, warmth and honesty. He spent the entire afternoon with us and never pressured us to make a decision until the last minute when he asked what we did and did not like about the car we chose, and that was not pressure.The manager came out a couple of times to give us information. Again, no pressure. At the end of the process we met with Bernard Branch, the finance manager. Again, no pressure. We had said up front that we wouldn’t buy any of the add ons. Bernard was very respectful of that and never pressured us. He was very polite, nice and professional and just got the job done quickly. We appreciate the treatment and professionalism that we experienced at Hall Toyota, and we recommend them to anyone considering buying a car.
