My daughter who is travelling cross country solo stopped in on 8/1/24 to have her tires  inspected because the warning light came on. The service staff inspected the tire system and the rest of the car and gave her the assurance that the car is in good condition to continue on her journey. The staff could not be more accommodating towards her. In my opinion this shows how well run the dealership and service department is run. Thanks !!

While traveling across country on a summer road trip back in July, the Subaru we were driving unfortunately had a catastrophic failure outside Cheyenne due to a faulty oil change we'd had a few days prior. Since we had Subaru Roadside Assistance, the car was towed to Halladay. This happened at 7pm on a Friday evening, so we left the keys and a note in the drop box and figured we'd call the next morning.
The next morning, the service department contacted us with the bad news about our car. It would need extensive repair and parts would not be available for several weeks.
My wife and I walked to Halladay (our hotel was just around the corner) and spoke to the service department in greater depth to figure out what our options were. We were 2000 miles from home, essentially stranded. After speaking with two mechanics and the service writer, we decided to go talk to sales and see what we could do.
Chris Allen in sales, as well as the finance department, and everyone else involved, was amazing. Thankfully, they had a few new 2024 Crosstreks on the lot and we found one that fit our needs and our budget, considering this was a huge unexpected expense. We were offered more than fair value for our trade, and a fair price for the new car. Financing was painless and we were even able to get an extended warranty with a few bucks knocked off.
Considering we were literally stranded in Cheyenne and had our backs against the wall, it was a relief to deal with the people of Halladay Motors and be treated incredibly fair, and not feel as if we were taken advantage of. It would have been easy to do considering our situation.
My only regret is that we don't live in Cheyenne, so I won't be able to have them service the new Crosstrek. Halladay Subaru was awesome.
