We had trouble finding the used suburban we wanted in NM but Mike and the team at Hamsmith worked with us over the phone, sent us extra vids and photos and held the car for a week so we could arrange to make the 6.5 hour drive to see it in person and pick it up. The paperwork process was smooth, transparent and quick as we completed most of it online. After cruising it for a week, the wife and kids are happy. We would buy from them again.
