Painless experience. I ordered my truck 5/6 months ago. Ryan, periodically kept me up to date on what was happening. When the truck arrived we made a time for me to pick it up. Trade-in offer went pretty smoothly. The paperwork was quick and painless. I was on my way with my new truck in about an hour and a half.
