I bought my car from Harold Ford in Angola, IN and love it. I've always taken it back there for routine oil changes and they always seem to do a great job. I gave them only 3 stars this time because this last oil change was an extra $20 more than my last one. A heads up when the appointment was made would have been considerate.
Update: The guys at Harold Ford have been in contact and offered me a more than satisfactory solution so I upped their review to 5 stars!

We’ve now been to Harold’s twice for service on my son’s vehicle and have had nothing but the best service. Professional, great customer service. I had been shopping around for weeks when I was contacted by Robert Potts from Harold Ford.  Robert was able to give me the best price out of about 10 different dealerships.  He had everything ready when I got there, so all I had to do was sign a few things and drive away in my beautiful new Ford Explorer!  I will definitely be coming back when my lease is up!

I came into the dealership not expecting to buy a car same day, but the red 2018 Ford Ecosport really caught my eye. Gage came out immediately after we pulled in and helped us view and test the car. He was very knowledgeable and kind and answered all our questions we had regarding the car. We ended up talking a bit and buying the car same day. Gage did his best to get us a solid deal within reason. My car got cleaned up and with all new tires and I absolutely love it!
