Appointment was scheduled at 10:00 a.m.
I pulled up informed the service representative I was there and they took me right in for my service. Past experience with other dealerships I found myself waiting around to have my service done while my vehicle sat in the parking lot way past the scheduled appointment time - Hartway service went right to work.
Also your sales representative Emily was very help with questions my Dad and I had while we sat in the waiting area. Thanks for a great experience it’s nice for once being looked at as a customer and not just a number on the days schedule.
