The purchasing of the new vehicle was fine.  A few days later when I was there to get a car wash it took 30 minutes. They basically forgot about it in the service department. Either tell people it takes a long time to go through the car wash when they buy a vehicle or Hatchett needs make the process a lot easier and customer friendly.  Maybe tell people to schedule car wash in advance and then only make people wait 10 minutes.
