I was particularly impressed with Bong Benitez, who was an incredibly helpful sales agent. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. His professionalism and dedication made the car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Hayward Honda and especially Bong for anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

Honda of Hayward is a great dealership it’s more like family they make you feel very welcome and I had the pleasure of working with Bong he was great and he worked in my corner from day one I was facing a few credit challenges and never gave up on me most dealerships would have stopped working with you once they seen you didn’t have a great credit score not in this case Bong worked harder he is very professional and can tell this is way more than a job he genuinely cares about his customers and want to make sure they are happy and get what they deserve I haven’t bought a new car since 2006 I have bought used ones but it’s not the same and out of all my experiences this was the best I have ever had I wasn’t frustrated and felt like I was pressured and Bong told me about the extended warranty so glad he mentioned it . Give you go to Honda of Hayward please ask for Bong he’s the man that will work in your corner to make sure you are happy.
