I just purchased a 2013 Mini Cooper Countryman from Heartland Auto Connection.   First and foremost,  Tim is a wonderful and honest person. I was scheduled to pick up the car yesterday morning,  and I woke up to find a text on my phone that he had noticed a small leak and was sending it to the shop to get checked out and he later texted that he was waiting for a part from the Mini shop to repair the leak. Tim got the car fixed and I picked it up this morning and couldn't be more pleased with the car, and especially the way Tim treated me as a customer and how much he cares about the cars that he sells. Would highly recommend this dealership and Tim as a salesman. Thank you for all the wonderful work and keeping me informed every step during the process of my interest in the car to actually driving it off the lot this morning!

Hands down the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I found the car online, messaged them about being interested, and Tim contacted me right away. He met me at the door with the keys to the car for a test drive. By the time I returned, he had valued my trade and put some numbers together. The credit app was incredibly easy and before I knew it, I had a monthly payment I could use to make a decision. We handled almost everything over text messages and, again, Tim was incredibly transparent and responsive. When my husband and I arrived to finalize the purchase, he and Liz had all the paperwork ready and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes (I’m not exaggerating). Skip the big dealerships. This place is the real deal. Thanks, guys!

I never felt any pressure, Tim was very accommodating and allowed me to drive the truck to my mechanic, the vehicle checked out and checked all the boxes for what we were looking for. Ran over a piece of metal. (1 inch in length and 1/4 inch in width) I first took my car to Rochester Auto and was told it was unfixable most likely. Was then told by Roch Auto that Discount Tire does advanced Tire repairs and could maybe help but would be difficult. Discount Tire glanced at my tire and said there’s no way they could fix it.  Due to having 4- wheel drive and tire wear at 40-50% I was looking at having to buy 4 brand new tires. I called Heartland checking if they had any used tires close to my tread. I took my tire inside and the manager took my tire to the technician and the technician agreed it was an easy fix and he could patch the tire up with no issues!! Highly recommended these honest individuals!! After a week, the tire continues to be in good shape.
