Everyone was extremely courteous and worked very efficiently. Not only did they change my cars oil, they also fixed a recall I didn't know I had.  Whole process still only took maybe 30 minutes.  They let me know of the optional add-ons they could perform while taking care of my oil change, but it wasn't by any means a high pressure situation.

While service was prompt and a smooth process with getting our EV batteries replaced they returned the car to us with almost no charge left. This put us in a bad spot as we almost didn't make it home, power steering gave out at as we turned onto our street, and an appointment was missed because we had to wait for the car to charge. Meanwhile the EV charger was going unused when we arrived to pick the car up, so it could have been charging to make sure we could get home safely.

EDIT: After the initial review the Service Manager immediately reached out to figure out what they could do better in the future and how to make things right by us. We decided we didn't want or need anything from them, so this adjustment is strictly based on their response. The response and commitment to avoiding this situation in the future was very much appreciated and was the reason for the adjustment from 2 to 5 stars.
