We'd been considering a Honda Passport for a few months.  We had bought from Cannon’s before and wanted to use them again.  Debi let us know they had gotten a new Passport in so we went to test drive it.  Debi was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered every one of our questions. After a long search and difficult time at another dealership we stumbled across Heather cannon. Gave a call to see a specific vehicle and got it all set up to see on the weekend and thankfully we made it to the weekend and the car was still there!  Ryan was so helpful and made the process extremely easy and seamless. No pressure to make a deal or purchase a vehicle, knew plenty about the vehicle we were interested in to go over safety and quality we were looking for. Michael with finance was super helpful in taking the time to explain the 3rd party warranty benefits and help us to decide on going for it. The manager Greg was also just as extremely friendly and helpful as Ryan and Michael. Love this place, love that there was a follow up after purchasing to make sure we were still happy or if we had questions, the people working here are great. 10/10 would come here again, letting everyone we know looking for a vehicle they should come check it out

Wow! I have never had such a wonderful experience as we did this past Saturday, at Heather Cannon Honda! We bought a 2021 Toyota Tundra, from salesman Bobby McCarty, and he literally restored our faith in humanity, and that there really is an HONEST, no hassle, car dealership out there!
Just a quick back story. (Okay, it’s gonna be a long story)
We’d been looking to purchase a used Tundra, to pull our travel trailer. We had a Tacoma, and have loved it immensely, but knew we needed something bigger, to safely tow.
We had just experienced the absolute worst experience ever, from a well known, large dealership, also in Oklahoma. We were going to give up, because the experience at the other place was so horrible. We decided we would look one more time, and see if anything felt “right” out there.
We stumbled across Heather Cannon Honda’s website, and immediately things FELT right. We saw that she gives back to the community, and the fact that it’s a small community, told us she did it for the community, and not for any other agenda.
We called, and we were transferred to sales, and Bobby answered. We knew we couldn’t make it out there before they closed on Friday night, but decided we would drive by and look at it, after hours, and if things felt right we’d drive back up there in the morning to test drive.
We left our house around 6:30 am, got to Ponca City (after a couple pit stops) around 9. (We live 2 plus hours away) We stopped at Harbor Freight, in Ponca City,  and somehow my hubby was telling an employee there that we were about to go test drive a truck from Heather Cannon. The gentleman (he thinks maybe the manager) at Harbor Freight said he knew Heather, and that she was a good person, and she did a lot for Ponca City. Added bonus, right?
But we were BLOWN AWAY at the atmosphere of this dealership! It was like buying from a well-loved family member. No pressure whatsoever! We had our dog, Sammy, with us, and every single employee that we encountered that day, bent down to love on our boy. The compassion and love they expressed towards him, told us “these are GOOD people”
From the service department, clear up to the VP, we felt included, and respected. Lots of laughter through the day, and there was no “competition“ between the employees; you could just tell they were all there to help each other.
Bobby is a fairly new salesman, but he was able to answer all of our questions, and if he didn’t know an answer, he was able to find the answer from a fellow co-worker. When you see co-workers wanting other co-workers to succeed, you know it’s an honest place! He shared stories of his life and was engaging and interested in our life.
So, after this extremely long post, lol, Joe, Sammy and I are here to say, we’d give a 1,000 star review, if that was an option!!
