This is by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. Having one person work with you through the entire process of buying a car is great. Super friendly staff who are always looking to help. I recently just went in for my vehicles first service and Vanessa, who had helped with my purchase of the vehicle remembered who I was and asked how things were with the car. I just had the best experience with Steven at Hello Mazda of Temecula! he listened, was efficient and got our trade in priced right, and got us out  the door in the Mazda we wanted at a price we could afford. Where do I begin... I honestly cant put into words how INCREDIBLE my experience was at Mazda of Temecula!! Originally I had went to another dealer and saw a car I really was interested in but I had such a unwelcoming experience i knew it wasn't the place for me. The second I had interaction with Amy as Mazda of Temecula I knew it wasnt only a sale for them but she cared and listen about what i was looking for and did not try to push anything on me. I told her 3 vehicles I wanted to test drive that evening and she sent me personal video's of each before i even step  foot on their lot! When I arrived for the test drives Amy was with other clients but made sure to greet me and pair me with Valone for the test drives. Valone was hands down the best! just like Amy! He answered all my questions, and even asked me questions on my long term goals with a vehicle I never thought of to make sure I was making the right purchase for our needs! I narrowed it down to 2 of the 3 vehicles and had to go back with my husband for him to test drive and we were able to get our dream Mazda car! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us, worked wonders for our situation, even got us a better interest rate then our credit union bank!!! Valone helped us the rest of the way with purchasing our vehicle and made sure we understood every detail every step of the way! I honestly would recommend Mazda of Temecula over any other dealership because of Amy and Valone superior customer service skills! You feel like an actual person here and not just a sale.

Amazing service!!! Tabitha was such an inviting and patient person. I had to reschedule my appointment and she made it super easy to do. It was my first time getting my car serviced at a dealership, and let me tell you she made it so pleasant and easy to do! I love how they offer a refreshments and snacks while you wait they also have a TV available, and yes they are complimentary. I specially appreciated the inspection video that was sent directly to my phone. It truly was a great experience! If you don't have anyone to pick you up or be able to go anywhere, be ready to be there for around 2hrs bring a book or something to keep you entertained. I didn't mind it I got my car washed as well so the wait was worth it to me. I highly recommend Hello Mazda for anyone that needs to service their car they are very efficient and reliable.
