Did not begin on the correct foot. Visited one week prior and not a single salesperson came out to visit with us on our interests.
Fast forward to the purchase date, Edgar was a delight to work with, and the two sales managers were helpful. Aside from trying to really take the lowest road on trade value. Especially for a low mileage exceptionally conditioned car.  Finance person was and made the final paperwork easy and fast with excellent clear explanation of each document.  Final preparation was overly slow, but truck was clean.  So far happy with the entire experience.
