HCC fixed my Jeep after a light pole fell on it in the highway. I must mention that the condition of my car after repair is definitely better than before the accident. They don’t cut corners on a anything and the quality of the work is outstanding.

The only reason why I took a star off its because the repair took 5 months and 9 days to complete. This was not an insurance claim so I did not have rental car coverage. I was not kept informed of the process and every time I reached out for an update I obtained very unusual explanations. The supply chain might also have played a part but I still think that 5 months was a bit excessive and caused me a lot of stress. The repair cost was also $19,000 which is almost what I owe the bank. Anyway. I am happy to finally have my Jeep back. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work. So if time and money are not important to you, this is a top notch collision center.
