Late review, but not the first time I have been to this dealers service department. This time had a major issue happening and took my car into the service department back in January to get a check engine light diagnosed 2 weeks before my scheduled appointment. They discovered my car was a good bit worse off than I had initially thought and got me in immediately for service. Mr. Dejesus was such a tremendous help! He kept me up to date and helped me figure out my options when I wasn’t quite sure if I could afford all the necessary repairs at once. The Hendrick Kia team were quick, efficient, and had me back up and running days before I thought they would. Wonderful service, fantastic team.
