We had the best experience shopping at Henry Brown! We’ve gone to several dealerships and felt that cheesy salesman pitch, that was not the case at Henry Brown. After looking for just a few minutes we found our family car; it was a pretty painless experience! Our little 14 month old was screaming and yelling at everyone and the entire staff smiled at her, offered her snacks and was pleasantly calm with a screaming little one in the quiet dealership. We will be coming back to Henry Brown for our future car purchases.

Salesman did there best to accommodate what we were looking for in a deal for the purchased in a new truck. Purchased wasn't the best offer we received. But was very close and they were very professional.  Would have given 5 stars but when we received the truck. The final detail was not very good. Still had dirt streaks down the sides and tailgate.

Just ordered a new truck from them. Sean Tinsley made the process very smooth. Very communicative and easy to deal with. Not my typical experience at a dealer. It was nice not being bombarded by the finance guy, the manager and the sales guy while I was there. Dealt with Sean the whole way and it was great.

Dealership is fine.  Service Advisors are good.  Policies and procedures of the service department need an overhaul.  Service is so busy even important issues get scheduled weeks out.  Or if the vehicle is of now use to you it can be dropped off and sit at the dealership until the can get to it.  For a vehicle under warranty there is comfort that comes with taking the vehicle to the dealership.  Sadly all GMC dealerships in far east valley all suffer from some major issues.  My advice is to base your vehicle purchase location based upon the reviews and performance of the service department.

Update:  I was able to speak to my service advisor. After I told him the concerns, he found a way to get us in much quicker. The service was handled in a very acceptabletime frame.  A few voices along the way did tell me my car would be in for up to three weeks, but when it was all said and done, it was only two days. I guess at least expectations weren’t set high, but the dealership really did come through.
