My service rep. handled my warranty issue in a way that made me think he really enjoys his job. He listened
to my complaint, got my vehicle in for inspection, clearly explained what was discovered, and put forth a plan to correct the issues. Parts were not readily available due to it being a brand new model, so he put together a return appointment time to make the repairs. Much better experience than I anticipated.
